Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation:
We do not entertain any cancellations beyond 24 hrs of purchase. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Only in special circumstances with in 24hrs we may consider the refunds at our discretion. Cancellation is possible when we are unable to deliver due various reasons beyond our control and full refund is made.
Returns and Refunds Policy:
At AR4 Mangoes, we deal in perishable items, and certain categories are non-returnable. Mangoes and other perishable goods cannot be returned. Refunds or replacements will be considered only if the fruits are perished upon delivery. The decision of the enquiry committee is final.
Policy Duration
Our refund and return policy is valid for 1 day from the date of delivery. If more than 1 day has passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:

You must report the issue on the same day of delivery.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Items must be in the original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Clear, well-lit photos of the damage must be emailed to hello@ar4mangoes.com on the day of delivery.
Only the cost of mangoes with visible external damage due to crushing during transit will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Natural Variation: Mangoes are natural, hand-harvested fruits. Some variation in size, color, ripening pattern, and taste is normal and expected. While AR4 Fresh takes utmost care to meet the highest standards, we cannot guarantee uniformity in every fruit.

Alphonso Soft Tissue Issue:
Alphonso mangoes, prized for their aroma and sweetness, are also known to have an inherent agricultural challenge called soft tissue breakdown. This issue occurs internally, where the pulp becomes overly soft, spongy, or even slightly fermented, while the outer appearance remains intact.
Unfortunately, this cannot be detected externally or during sorting and packing, as it is related to pre-harvest physiological factors like weather, flowering patterns, and ripening stress on the tree.A small percentage of Alphonso mangoes may be affected despite best post-harvest practices. This is an industry-wide issue, and AR4 Mangoes does not take responsibility for soft tissue damage.We appreciate your understanding of the natural limitations of working with premium, seasonal produce.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Please allow time for processing, especially during peak mango season. Refunds will be processed after June 15.
